Another fine single cask expression from the Kingsbarns distillery. This Lowland single malt whisky was matured in a bourbon barrel for 7 years before it was bottled at 58.9% ABV. Only 241 bottles were produced.

Nose
Lemon posset, vanilla, aniseed, and pepper.

Palate
Candied apple, foam bananas, oak char, and toffee.

Finish
Cinnamon swirls and orchard fruit.
