ELENA PARASKEVA 曾被四个不同、享有盛名的国际摄影学会评为年度摄影师（2024/2023/2021/2018）。
她是 HASSELBLAD MASTERS、WORLD MASTERS OF PHOTOGRAPHY、LENSCULTURE、AESTHETICA、PRIX DE LA PHOTOGRAPHIE PARIS 等项目的毕业生/成员。
她在纽约、巴黎、东京、伦敦、迪拜、维也纳、巴塞罗那、慕尼黑、吉隆坡（马来西亚）、佛罗伦萨、法兰克福、马拉加（西班牙）、林茨（奥地利）、格拉茨（奥地利）、锡耶纳（意大利）等地的知名画廊及双年展上展出。
她甚至在欧洲议会布鲁塞尔展出过作品。她最近被瑞典 Västra Götaland 政府公共艺术部收藏。除公共机构收藏外，最具纪念意义的是位于美国波士顿儿童医院入口处的一件作品，长达 500cm 的装置作品。
