ELENA PARASKEVA 曾被四个不同、声望卓著的国际摄影学会评为年度摄影师（2024/2023/2021/2018）。
她是 HASSELBLAD MASTERS、WORLD MASTERS OF PHOTOGRAPHY、LENSCULTURE、AESTHETICA、PRIX DE LA PHOTOGRAPHIE PARIS 等机构的校友。
她在纽约、巴黎、东京、伦敦、迪拜、维也纳、巴塞罗那、慕尼黑、吉隆坡（马来西亚）、佛罗伦萨、法兰克福、马拉加（西班牙）、林茨（奥地利）、格拉茨（奥地利）、锡耶纳（意大利）等地的知名画廊及双年展中展出。
