The beads are made of glass and are also called "Jatim." Pre-Majapahit, pre-Islamic. Made during the Hindu-Javanese period. Many of these beads have been found in East Java, during surface finds and excavations. They have also been found in megalithic stone tombs. In Indonesia, they are called manik-manik Jatim, which means beads from East Java.
