SET OF FIVE “ROSSANA” CHAIRS – RB, ITALY, LATE 1950s

Set of five dining chairs “Rossana” produced by RB, Italy, late 1950s – early 1960s. An elegant example of Italian Mid-Century Modern design combining structural lightness with refined materials.

The chairs feature a sculptural stained wood structure characterized by angular lines and slender proportions typical of post-war Italian modernism. The slim black-lacquered metal legs, slightly inclined, are enhanced by brass caps, a refined detail that adds a luminous and sophisticated accent to the overall design.

The seat and backrest are upholstered and covered in original faux leather (skai), featuring a clean and minimalist profile. The back of the backrest is finished with decorative studs, a distinctive element of the model that adds a tailored and elegant touch.

The set consists of four chairs with white upholstery and one chair with beige upholstery, a configuration that can serve as a subtle color accent or as a head-of-the-table chair.
