A beautiful vintage Ballantine’s Scotch Whisky ceramic jug, complete with its original presentation box. This bottle is new and unopened, with the original Spanish tax seal (“Hacienda Pública”) still intact over the cork.

The seal clearly shows the tax value in pesetas, which indicates the bottle was sold in Spain more than 50 years ago, before the introduction of the euro. This makes it an excellent collector’s item from the mid-20th century.

The whisky is presented in the iconic Ballantine’s ceramic jug with braided cord and cork stopper, a design that has become highly collectible among whisky and bar memorabilia collectors.

The label on the bottle confirms 75 cl capacity and 40% alcohol, and the importer listed is Hiram Walker Europa S.A., Madrid.
