Bramìto della Sala is an intense and articulated wine, entirely produced with Chardonnay grapes whose varietal character is enriched by alcoholic fermentation in barrique. A short period of aging in wood gives the wine a deep straw yellow color and good roundness. The Umbria Chardonnay IGT "Bramìto della Sala" of Castello della Sala, born in 1994, is able to express itself at its best even many years after the harvest in the best Antinori tradition. with a rich bouquet in which ripe fruit predominates, especially apple and pineapple. In the mouth, the light mineral notes intertwine with that flavor and spiciness typical of the wines of Castello della Sala. The result is a fine, elegant wine, with an excellent mineral thorn that favors its persistence and complexity.
