A remarkable one of one coffee table shaped from reclaimed hornbeam wood, distinguished by an extraordinary natural drawing that could never be repeated. Deep black lines run through the structure of the wood like an organic signature, creating a dramatic contrast with the warm natural tone of the hornbeam and giving the piece its rare, unmistakable identity.
This object is the result of patience, time and transformation. The wood was worked over a period of five years, with changing humidity and a slow, controlled process that allowed its final form to emerge naturally. Such a presence cannot be designed artificially or reproduced in series. It can only be revealed.
The blackened sides bring visual depth and a sense of quiet precision, perfectly echoing the elegant black metal legs. Together they frame the top with balance and restraint, allowing the material itself to remain at the centre. Our production relies solely on FSC-certified wood, recycled wood, and wood sourced from trees that have naturally reached their age, begun to decay, and were felled solely for safety reasons.
