Nose: The alcohol is medium, with hints of cinnamon and pepper. The main body is dried cranberries, raisins, dried cranberries, candied plums and dried plums, with a little cold-pressed orange juice squeezed from the skin sprinkled on top, as well as some micro-nuts and chocolate milk.
香气：酒体中等，带有肉桂与胡椒的气息。主干为干蔓越莓、葡萄干、干蔓越莓、蜜饯李子与干李子，表层点缀以冷榨橙汁从皮部挤出的小量滴汁，以及少量微核果与巧克力奶味。
Palate: There is some pungency that is not painful. Honey, orange syrup, sweet and sour dried fruits, orange peel oil, pepper and cloves brought by oak. It's not very sweet, it has a certain complexity, but its intensity is a bit weak.
口感：有些辛辣但不刺喉。蜂蜜、橙汁糖浆、甜酸干果、橙皮油、胡椒与橡木带来的丁香香。甜度不高，具备一定的复杂性，但强度略显不足。
Finish: At the beginning, a group of sugar-free nuts and woody aromas hit the nose, followed by tannins and dark chocolate, and the spices brought by oak gradually strengthened from weak to strong. The final rhyme is longer.
余韵：初始是一群无糖坚果与木质香气冲击鼻腔，随后出现单宁与黑巧克力，橡木带来的香料逐步由弱转强。结尾韵味更为悠长。
