ELENA PARASKEVA 荣获2024/2023/2021/2018年“年度摄影师”称号，来自四个不同的著名国际摄影协会。
她是HASSELBLAD MASTERS、WORLD MASTERS OF PHOTOGRAPHY、LENSCULTURE、AESTHETICA、PRIX DE LA PHOTOGRAPHIE PARIS等机构的校友。
她在纽约、巴黎、东京、伦敦、迪拜、维也纳、巴塞罗那、慕尼黑、吉隆坡（马来西亚）、佛罗伦萨、法兰克福、马拉加（西班牙）、林茨（奥地利）、格拉茨（奥地利）、锡耶纳（意大利）等地的知名画廊及双年展中展出。

她甚至在布鲁塞尔欧洲议会展出过作品。她最近被瑞典瓦斯特拉-西塔兰政府的公共艺术部门收藏。作为持有作品的公共机构中最特别的一家，是位于美国波士顿儿童医院的艺术作品，在其儿童癌症科入口处设有500 cm的装置。
