卖家的描述
The Counting
Mixed media on Canson XL Sand Grain paper — ink and acrylic on natural-toned 160g/m² paper, A4 (21 × 29.7 cm / 8.3 × 11.7 in).
Rows of dark marks line up across the surface with an almost methodical rhythm — counted, repeated, accumulated.
A large dark form anchors the bottom left corner like a shadow that has grown too heavy to move.
And there, tucked into the upper right, the same small seated figure — watching the count, or being counted.
Quietly obsessive, and strangely moving.
Painting sold by artist directly
Henrique MAPS (1994) is a contemporary visual artist working in painting and mixed media. His work combines figurative and abstract elements to explore identity, social structures, and cultural observation through bold compositions featuring humans, animals, and symbolic imagery.
Working primarily with acrylics, chinese ink, drawing, and collage on canvas, MAPS creates psychologically charged paintings characterized by layered textures, graphic elements, and recurring motifs of eyes, hands, and silhouettes.
His culturally conscious practice examines contemporary social dynamics while drawing inspiration from diverse artistic traditions including urban art, modernism, and expressionism.
