项目描述:
内藤無了 Naito Muryo
This guinomi (sake cup) titled "Shino Guinomi" is a work by Naito Muryo, a contemporary Japanese ceramic artist working in the Shino tradition.
The piece displays the hallmark qualities of expressive Shino ware: a thick, billowing white feldspathic glaze covers the hand-formed stoneware body, through which bold brushed iron-oxide (oni-ita) passages sweep in warm russet and deep amber-brown markings that course dynamically across the surface.
The undulating rim and subtly faceted body betray the artist's confident hand-forming technique, lending the cup an organic spontaneity that echoes the Momoyama-era spirit of wabi ceramics.
The interior reveals the same luminous white glaze punctuated by pooling iron passages — creating a quietly dramatic inner landscape.
The unglazed, generously trimmed foot ring exposes the coarse, sandy clay body in its natural warm buff tone, providing a textural and tonal contrast that grounds the piece.
A potter's mark is impressed into the base.
The piece comes with its original signed wooden box (tomobako).
