NO REGRETS 是一次强力的现场博物馆展演痕迹，题为 "Je ne regrette rien"，在观众面前创作，绘画行为成为一个舞台化、时序性的体验。

During this performance, my body was the brush. 每一个动作都是精心编排的编舞的一部分，由强烈叙事引导，并被 Rammstein 的震撼音乐所塑造。声音的节奏、强度与戏剧张力直接影响着画布上的姿态、色彩与情感张力。

Nothing was accidental. 调色板、动态与体能都受到幕后剧情和当时氛围的启发。表面上留下的不仅仅是颜料——它是被永久定格的运动、声音、张力与释然。

NO REGRETS 是独特的、大规模的抽象表现主义声明——一件承载现场表演存在感与表演力量被定格于时间中的作品。

As a performer artist having good skills in physical & contemporary dance, I start from my body as a prime matter. -> 作为一名具备身体与当代舞蹈技巧的表演艺术家，我以身体作为首要素材出发。

I treat painting as an unique live performance in which I am influenced by the music, the story, and the emotions that arise during the dance. -> 我将绘画视为独特的现场表演，在其中受音乐、故事以及在舞蹈中涌现的情感影响。

My practice transforms the act of painting into a live, performative event, where movement, endurance, and presence become tools for image-making. -> 我的实践将绘画行为转化为现场、具表演性的事件，在这里，运动、耐力与存在感成为造像的工具。

The artwork will be shipped as a rolled, unstretched canvas for safe delivery. Packaged in tube box and wrapped properly. -> 这件艺术品将以卷装、未拉伸的画布寄送，以确保安全运输。装在圆筒箱中并妥善包裹。

Rolled works can be easily stretched (for canvas works, i.e. placed onto wooden stretcher bars) and/or framed by a local framer upon arrival completely normal for rolled canvas. -> 卷装作品到货后可以很容易地拉直（对于画布作品，即放置在木质框边上），也可以由当地裱框师装裱，这对于卷装画布来说完全正常。 Minor waves or creases may be visible upon arrival, which is completely normal for rolled canvas. -> 到货时可能会有轻微的波纹或折痕，这对卷装画布来说完全正常。 These will disappear once the canvas is stretched or framed by a professional framer. -> 一旦画布被专业裱框师拉直或装裱，这些都会消失。

All my shipments will be made through DHL EXPRESS or a similar company, always trying to guarantee the safety, care and efficient delivery of the work. -> 我所有的运输将通过 DHL EXPRESS 或类似公司进行，总是力求确保作品的安全、关怀与高效送达。 However, delays that may occur in the case of goods are beyond my control; I will always be attentive to tracking the shipment and any incident that may arise, being at the customer's disposal to provide appropriate assistance and support. -> 然而，货物在运输过程中可能出现的延迟超出我的控制；我将始终关注运输跟踪以及可能出现的任何事件，并随时为客户提供适当的帮助与支持。
