Henri Elwing

1925年生于巴黎，是波兰父母的独生子。经过卓越的学业成就后，他对摄影的热情愈发强烈，成为1955年到1985年间《ELLE》杂志不可或缺的摄影师之一，怀着用照片展现被摄者真实自我、他们的怪癖、他们的快乐的愿望……从不拍摄狗仔照，总是拍摄受访者自愿拍摄的作品。

Born in Paris in 1925, Henri Elwing was the only son of Polish parents. After completing his education with outstanding brilliancy, his desire to be a photographer outweighed everything and he became one of ELLE Magazine’s greatest photographers from 1955 to 1985, nurturing the ambition of taking photos which expressed a photographed person’s true self, their idiosyncrasies, their joys… never any paparazzi shots, only ever pictures his subjects agreed to.
