卖家的描述
Description:
This set of two bronze Sculpture depicts a parent and child rabbit. The forms are smooth and rounded, with fur texture selectively engraved across the surface. The larger rabbit, representing the parent, sits upright with tall, alert ears. The smaller rabbit, representing the child, crouches low with its ears laid back along the body. Both figures have a dark, lustrous patina with subdued metallic reflections.
The undersides are also carefully finished, with detailed paw pads and the engraved signature “Zuiho” (瑞峰). The original wooden tomobako is included, together with a wrapping cloth and a shiori. The lid of the box is inscribed with “Bronze” (青銅製), “Rabbit” (兎), and “Made by Zuiho” (瑞峰作), and bears the artist’s red seal.
Dimensions:
Parent Rabbit: Width 15 cm, Height 16 cm / Weight 1400 g
Child Rabbit: Width 13.5 cm, Height 8 cm / Weight 940 g
Condition:
A rattling sound can be heard from within the parent rabbit when moved, possibly caused by casting residue or other loose material inside.
The tomobako has dents. Minor scratches and traces of repair are present.
