椅子 - 熟铁, 木, 面料 - 一对手工锻造的铁艺椅子

Authentic hand-forged pair of wrought iron chairs crafted by my grandfather, a blacksmith active in the coastal town of Piran, Slovenia, from the 1950s to the 1990s. The chairs feature twisted wrought iron elements, decorative forged scrolls, and hand-worked details characteristic of traditional blacksmith craftsmanship.

In keeping with classical techniques, the elements were shaped and assembled primarily by hot forging and mechanical joining rather than industrial mass production. The design reflects Mediterranean artisan influences typical of the Adriatic coastal region.

The metal structure is in very good condition with original surface finish and natural patina. The seats are upholstered in red decorative upholstery fabric typical of the 1980s. Both chairs bear my grandfather’s original maker’s stamp, confirming their authenticity and provenance.
