ANTIQUE RELIQUARY + RELIQUARY CROSS + AUTHENTIC DOCUMENT (19th c.)

The item offered is a rare and complete religious set consisting of a reliquary in the form of a cross on a stand, a smaller reliquary cross, and an original authentication document (authentica).

1. Main reliquary (cross on stand)
A richly decorated reliquary in the form of a cross with a radiant halo (glory).
• Material: metal (brass / bronze, with silvered elements)
• Decoration: Rococo and Baroque-style ornamentation, floral motifs, cherub heads
• Central reliquary capsule behind glass
• Decorations: colored glass stones (blue and red)
• Shaped base with engraved and ornamental decoration
• Condition: good for its age, natural patina, minor wear and traces of use

2. Reverse side of the reliquary
The back features an engraved cross set against a radiant halo. The construction suggests hand-crafted workmanship and manual assembly.

3. Smaller reliquary cross
• Made of silver or silver-plated metal
• Ornamental, richly decorated form
• Central capsule containing a relic, sealed with red wax
• Condition: good, minor signs of wear

4. Certificate of authenticity (authentica)
Original Latin document confirming the authenticity of the relic.
