整体状况良好，存在可见的复古磨损。镀金表壳有明显的镀层磨损与变色，尤以表耳与边缘处为显著。表盘有年代痕迹和轻微斑点，符合长期使用的痕迹。表面水晶在近距离照片中可见表面划痕。表冠带有 Omega 徽标标记。表带为黑色皮质，似为更换过的；使用痕迹正常。
