We are offering for auction a remarkable collector’s item: a table lighter produced by the renowned German brand Ibelo, the top model Monopol. This piece is an excellent example of post-war German craftsmanship, combining precision engineering with sophisticated decorative design.
Brand: Ibelo (Hermann Zahorszky).

Model: Monopol (semi-automatic petrol mechanism).

Origin: West Germany (Frankfurt am Main).
The body of the lighter is covered in a decorative embossed casing with floral and geometric motifs inspired by “Faux-Florentine”. The color palette is elegant, based on tones of black, emerald green and gold-tone accents.
