泪滴形轮廓以无瑕的白瓷呈现，其表面通过低浮雕（yōkoku）带来活力，捕捉水下鱼群滑行的节律。透明釉在镂空线条处微微聚集，赋予被雕鱼群以静默的动感。作品附带署名的 tomobako（原木箱），直接证明来自朱明窑的出处。

藤井朱明是隶属于日展的艺术家，以将有田白瓷传统融入当代雕塑美感而著称。他的作品被包括 Joan B. Mirviss（纽约）与 Dai Ichi Arts 在内的领先画廊收藏，亦曾在 Chiswick Auctions 与 Heritage Auctions 展出。

Fujii Shumei (藤井朱明, 1936–2017)
有田地区的瓷器大师与日展参展艺人。于1949年创立 Shumei Kiln，并致力于精炼白瓷（hakuji），尤以叶脉技法、潮刻（shio-bori）、染绘（sometsuke，青花白釉）而知名。其作品被国际公认为当代有田瓷的重要典范。

藤井朱明的作品现已停止生产，构成了有限的艺术存量。
