ELENA PARASKEVA 曾被4个不同且卓越的国际摄影学会评为年度摄影师（2024/2023/2021/2018）。
她是Hasselblad Masters、World Masters Of Photography、LensCulture、Aesthetica、Prix De La Photographie Paris等的校友，并自2021年起担任佛罗里达州摄影艺术博物馆（FLORIDA MUSEUM OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTS）的资深评审。

她在布鲁塞尔欧洲议会、以及纽约、巴黎、东京、伦敦、迪拜、维也纳、巴塞罗那、慕尼黑、吉隆坡、佛罗伦萨、法兰克福、马拉加、林茨、格拉茨、锡耶纳等地的双年展和知名画廊有展出经历。

她最近的一件作品被瑞典 Västra Götaland 政府公共艺术部收藏。在收藏机构中最特别的是美国波士顿儿童医院，在其儿童癌症病房入口处展出她作品的500cm大型装置。

Elena Paraskeva 曾被Saatchi Art 评为“Artists To Watch”之一。IAA（全球最大的艺术机构之一）的主席称她是“摄影行业中最具天赋的人才之一”。佛罗里达摄影艺术博物馆的策展人写道“她拥有令人印象深刻的作品集和出色的摄影专长”。Adobe（Photoshop的创造者）称赞她的作品为“惊人的概念性影像”，ScanArt International 称她是“超现实主义与概念叙事的大师”。
