The set comprises a variety of colour combinations — pink, magenta, black, green, purple, mint, and multicolour braided patterns — providing versatile options for coordinating with different kimono ensembles.
Obijime are essential accessories in formal Japanese kimono dressing, worn over the obi sash to secure and ornament it. The decorative kazari-obijime style shown here — featuring pearl clusters, flower arrangements, and metallic accents at the centre knot position — is associated with furisode and other formal occasion kimono, particularly seijin-shiki (coming-of-age ceremonies), weddings, and traditional celebrations.
