ELENA PARASKEVA 曾被四个不同、著名的国际摄影学会评为年度摄影师（2024/2023/2021/2018）。她是 Hasselblad Masters、World Masters Of Photography、LensCulture、Aesthetica、Prix De La Photographie Paris 等项目的校友，并自2021年起担任FLORIDA MUSEUM OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTS的杰出评审。

她曾在布鲁塞尔的欧洲议会展出作品，也在纽约、巴黎、东京、伦敦、迪拜、维也纳、巴塞罗那、慕尼黑、吉隆坡（马来西亚）、佛罗伦萨、法兰克福、马拉加（西班牙）、林茨（奥地利）、格拉茨（奥地利）、锡耶纳（意大利）等地的双年展和知名画廊展出。

她最近的一项收藏来自瑞典 Västra Götaland 政府的公共艺术部门。在公共机构中收藏她作品的最特别之处在于美国波士顿医院，其儿童癌症科入口处展出了长达500cm的作品。
