ELENA PARASKEVA 曾被四个不同的权威国际摄影学会评为年度摄影师（2024/2023/2021/2018）。
她是 Hasselblad Masters、World Masters Of Photography、LensCulture、Aesthetica、Prix De La Photographie Paris 等的毕业生，并自 2021 年起担任佛罗里达州摄影艺术博物馆的资深评委。

她曾在布鲁塞尔的欧洲议会展出作品，也在纽约、巴黎、东京、伦敦、迪拜、维也纳、巴塞罗那、慕尼黑、吉隆坡（马来西亚）、佛罗伦萨、法兰克福、马拉加（西班牙）、林茨（奥地利）、格拉茨（奥地利）、锡耶纳（意大利）等地的双年展和知名画廊展出。

她最新的收藏作品被瑞典 Västra Götaland 政府的公共艺术部收藏。在收藏她作品的公共机构中，最特别的是美国波士顿儿童癌症科门厅设有一幅 500cm 的大型装置作品。
