Chiara Condello is a talented, passionate, and proactive young winemaker. Her estate is located in Predappio, Emilia-Romagna, Italy, where she crafts exceptional wines in the purest family tradition. The seven hectares of vines, approximately 50 years old, climb clay-limestone soils and coexist with olive groves and forests. She cultivates exclusively Sangiovese, whose name means "the blood of Jupiter." This red grape variety, widespread in Italy, produces fruity and luscious wines that perfectly complement Italian cuisine. Aware of current environmental challenges and committed to a balance between people and the vine, this winemaker works in an environmentally friendly and sustainable way. In the vineyard, everything is done by hand. Winemaking in the cellar is minimally interventionist, using as little sulfur as possible, and fermentations are carried out with indigenous yeasts. It is in this sunny and unspoiled climate that the Chiara Condello estate produces characterful wines that showcase the region's typical grape variety.
