About the artist:
Andor Koncsik is a Hungarian-born artist currently based in Dublin. From an early age, he was instinctively drawn to making - crafting figures from wooden sticks, twisting paper clips into sculptural forms, and constructing small worlds from found materials. Art was never simply just a pastime; it was a way of perceiving and engaging with the world more intricately.
About the artwork:
No Pressure Heart presents a figure from behind, forming a glowing heart shape with their hands against a vibrant turquoise background. The artwork combines urban graffiti elements with splashes of pink, white, and bold text, conveying a message of lightness and emotional freedom. The cracked texture around the edges adds depth and rawness, emphasizing the contrast between the figure’s calm gesture and the energetic surroundings. This piece offers a dynamic yet thoughtful presence, perfect for adding a touch of urban spirit to any space.
