is part of the Speyside-based distillery's Travel Retail Quest Collection range launched in late 2017. This particular expression is drawn from first-fill sherry seasoned oak casks, with the casks made of European and American oak sourced from two respected family cooperages.
Nose: Fresh orange, brioche, coffee, sultana and walnut loaf.
Palate: Melted chocolate, dried apricot, toffee pennies and a touch of strawberry jam.
Finish: Baking spices and dried oak notes take shape on the finish.
