ELENA PARASKEVA 曾被四家不同的国际知名摄影协会评为年度摄影师（2024/2023/2021/2018）。
她是 Hasselblad Masters、World Masters Of Photography、LensCulture、Aesthetica、Prix De La Photographie Paris 等机构的校友，自2021年起还担任佛州摄影艺术博物馆（FLORIDA MUSEUM OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTS）的卓越评审嘉宾。

她在布鲁塞尔欧洲议会及纽约、巴黎、东京、伦敦、迪拜、维也纳、巴塞罗那、慕尼黑、吉隆坡、佛罗伦萨、法兰克福、马拉加、林茨、格拉茨、锡耶纳等地的画廊和双年展均有展出。

她最近的一项公开收藏来自瑞典 Västra Götaland 政府公共艺术部。在收藏机构中，最具代表性的是美国波士顿儿童医院，其儿童癌症科入口处展出长达500厘米的作品。
