Refined antique oriental side table in solid carved and inlaid wood, crafted according to traditional Asian artisanal workmanship from the first half of the 20th century.

The piece stands out for its elegant circular top, richly decorated with finely hand-carved floral and foliate motifs, enhanced by geometric light-colored inlays creating a striking contrast against the dark wood. The central section of the top features a symmetrical ornamental design inspired by traditional oriental patterns.

The central pedestal base is embellished with delicate side inlays and a front door carved in relief with naturalistic motifs. Inside there is a practical storage compartment, completed by a small lower drawer.

Furniture of this type was traditionally used as a tea table, occasional side table, or decorative stand for vases, sculptures, lanterns, and collectible objects in oriental-inspired interiors.

The overall appearance reflects excellent decorative quality and strong visual presence, making it suitable for classical interiors as well as colonial, ethnic, or oriental-style settings.
