Ilchenko Evgen was born in 1978 in Kyiv, Ukraine, in the family of the artist Ilchenko Anatoly.
The artist studied in Kyiv and graduated from the University of Food Technologies.
Since the early 2000s, he has been painting, first under the guidance of his father, and later, he has continued to master the art of creating an image on canvas independently.
But to this day, his father remains Evgen’s primary teacher and critic of his painting.
And he is back to him for advice, either.
The artist's heart lay in painting seascapes, which he continues to do successfully today.
