Beschreibung:
The RS Rosso di Radikon is an intense, full-bodied red wine with good complexity. Consistent and rich, it flows smoothly in the mouth, combining softness and tannins and finishing with an incredible aftertaste. A small taste to prepare for Radikon's great reds.

Destemming, spontaneous fermentation, and maceration for 8–14 days in truncated cone-shaped oak vats with 3–4 manual punching downs daily. Racking and aging in 25–35 hl oak barrels for 1 year and a few months in bottle.

Radikon's Slatnik is a rich and mellow orange wine, part of the line produced by Sasa Radikon, son of the legendary Stanko. Sasa is a young man with clear ideas, who has decided to continue his father's project, adhering to a traditional approach but reworking it according to his own principles. And Sasa's intelligence lies precisely in this: in giving continuity to a historic winery in the world of artisanal wines, while also allowing his own personality to emerge. In this narrow strip that divides Italy and Slovenia, Sasa has decided to interpret local grape varieties with the same love as his father, but with shorter macerations.
