Superb crystal perfume or toilet bottle by the prestigious Baccarat manufacturer. This is the famous "Serpentine" model, created at the beginning of the 20th century and featured in the 1916 Baccarat catalog.
The bottle features a beautiful spiral design alternating smooth sections with embossed diamond point patterns.
Fine gold gilt lines highlight the neck, shoulder, and base of the piece.
Highly authentic piece featuring double factory markings: the model size number "30" is engraved in the center of the pontil mark under the base.
The original matching workshop number "39" is engraved near the edge of the base and is also inscribed under the stopper, guaranteeing that both elements have always been together.
Exact height: 20 centimeters. Base diameter: 7.5 centimeters. Total weight: 950 grams.
Condition: Antique item sold as found.
The original gilding is still present but faded in some areas due to age and use. Traces of limescale are visible inside the bottle. A small, discreet chip is noted on the edge of the base.
