卖家的描述
Beautiful vintage serving set by Myott Son & Co., made in Staffordshire, England, circa 1940s.
The lot consists of:
3 matching serving platters in graduated sizes
1 matching sauce boat / gravy boat
6 dinner plates
The pieces feature an elegant embossed relief design with delicate floral decorations in warm autumn tones and refined gilt edges. Their classic English cottage / shabby chic style makes them highly decorative as well as practical for display or use.
Pattern reference: FE 2809.
The set is in very good vintage condition considering its age:
no chips
no cracks
well-preserved decoration and embossed relief details
There is visible age-related crazing/crackle in the glaze, consistent with vintage English pottery of this period. This does not affect the stability or decorative appearance of the pieces.
Minor signs of age and use may be present, consistent with vintage English pottery.
Approximate dimensions:
Large platter: approx. 42 × 29 cm
Medium platter: approx. 28 × 19 cm
Small platter: approx. 22 × 14 cm
Dinner plates diameter 26 cm
The impressed and printed Myott Staffordshire England marks are visible on the underside.
Photos are part of description.
This lot will be carefully packaged and sent by registered and insured mail.
Shipping possible only to European countries
