卖家的描述
Period : Mid Goryeo Dynasty,Korea(918 - 1392) / 12-13C
Dim : H5.2cm W9.1cm
Weight : 187g
A small celadon Tea bowl made during the Goryeo period.
It has a high, firm base with a rounded body and a slightly narrow mouth.
Three chrysanthemum patterns are applied to the body in white and black clay, using the slip-trailed technique of squeezing decorative clay from a narrow mouth and raising it up.
Goryeo celadon of the time was mainly inlaid, where clay is filled into dug grooves, and there are very few surviving examples of slip-trailed celadon like this piece.
The raised three-dimensional effect and blurred lines unique to slip-trailed celadon give it a wonderful texture not found in inlay.
The celadon covering the entire piece is a gray-blue color with fine, dark crackle glazed surfaces.
Another characteristic of Goryeo celadon is the marks left by three stones placed on the bottom and then fired.
There is a 1cm crack on part of the inside rim, but it has been repaired. There are several scratches on the surface and a small chip at the bottom.Although the surface is slightly aged, it has a good luster.
Shipping method
We will ship by EMS.
The item will be wrapped in cloth, placed in a hard box, and then further packed in a cardboard box for shipping.
