96. ACCA SP-63, 1915年德國提爾皮茨大元帥銀質獎章
提爾皮茨一生都是軍人，他從軍後從小小海軍直至海軍參謀長、海軍大臣等，他歷經普奧戰爭、德意志帝國成立、魚雷潛艦、成立大洋艦隊等。在當時德國海軍的思想還是遠洋破交戰，提爾皮茨經過研究后認為，沒有戰列艦保護的巡洋艦是不安全的，是無法再遠洋生存的。 但當時他的想法不被接受，爾後提爾皮茨於1896-1897年間在東亞指揮遠東巡洋艦隊。 當時中國在甲午戰爭中大敗，各國掀起了一股瓜分狂潮。 他認為英國在香港的基地不能滿足德國海軍的需要，提出強租膠州灣，把青島建成了德國海軍東方基地。 1896年德皇在南非問題上的發言惡化了英德關係，皇帝需要一支強大的艦隊來增加外交發言權，1897年提爾皮茨被任命為帝國海軍大臣，帝國議會撥款7000萬馬克修建3艘戰艦。 這次任命標誌著提爾皮茨與德皇威廉二世親密合作關係的開始。這枚是停止戰爭的紀念章，立體浮雕極為漂亮，背面潛水艇從沉船中救人，銀章的細節都非常精細，請喜歡的藏家不要錯過。
96. ACCA SP-63, Silver Medal of Grand Marshal Tirpitz, Germany, 1915. Tirpitz was a military man throughout his life, rising from a low-ranking naval officer to Chief of the Naval Staff and Minister of the Navy. He experienced the Austro-Prussian War, the establishment of the German Empire, the development of torpedo submarines, and the formation of the Great Ocean Fleet. At the time, the German Navy's thinking was focused on long-range commerce raiding. After research, Tirpitz believed that cruisers without battleship protection were unsafe and unable to survive at sea. However, his ideas were not accepted at the time. Later, from 1896 to 1897, Tirpitz commanded the Far East Cruiser Fleet in East Asia. At that time, China suffered a major defeat in the First Sino-Japanese War, and various countries were engaged in a frenzy of partitioning. He believed that the British base in Hong Kong could not meet the needs of the German Navy and proposed to lease Jiaozhou Bay, turning Qingdao into the German Navy's eastern base. Kaiser Wilhelm II's remarks on the South African question in 1896 worsened Anglo-German relations. The Emperor needed a powerful fleet to increase his diplomatic influence, and in 1897, Tirpitz was appointed First Minister of the Navy. The Reichstag allocated 70 million marks to build three warships. This appointment marked the beginning of a close working relationship between Tirpitz and Kaiser Wilhelm II. This medal commemorates the cessation of war; the three-dimensional relief is extremely beautiful, depicting submarines rescuing people from a wrecked ship on the reverse.
