VINIFICATION
In this limited edition of Pedra Cancela, we aim to demonstrate the great potential of the Dão wines to age and, hence, the region's Intemporal (Timeless) character. These are wines that challenge the passage of time. Total destemming, fermentation at low temperatures, aged in stainless steel with battonage. 9 years in the cellar after bottling.

TASTING NOTES
Bright straw yellow color. Notes of dried fruits and honey. Fresh, good body and elegant with great persistency. Intense and long finish.

SERVING
Pairs well with octopus, salted cod, roasts. Serve at 14ºC.

HISTORY
The history of a wine company begins many times before its formal establishment: this was the case for Lusovini.
