elongated rectangular sign is prominently inscribed with large gilt characters reading Shinsen-yu 神仙湯（“神仙汤药”，一味传统药物配方）。上方有 Kahiden-hô 家傳秘方（“家传秘方”）的铭文，表示世代相传的专有配方。
Along the right side is a polychrome trademark panel depicting a medicine bottle transcending into an old demon chewing on a leaf, and bearing the inscription “Shinzan Tôroku Shôhyô” 神山登録商標（“注册神山商标”）。下方铭文告诫不要用于某些疾病，这是历史药品广告中的常见特征。
Left side identifies the pharmacy as Honba Arakawa Yakubô 本舗荒川薬房（“本店荒川药房”），位于名古屋 名古屋，以及铭文 Tokuyaku Kodama Yakubô 特約小玉薬房，表示授权经销商或相关药房。
