This coffee table, created by D.B. for Wallavibe, is handcrafted from concrete and steel, two materials fundamental to Brutalist aesthetics. Its composition explores the contrast between the solid mass of concrete, the metal structure, and open negative spaces, creating a piece with a strong architectural presence.
The deliberately irregular edges, fragmented concrete, and exposed structural elements are an essential part of the artistic concept. Rather than concealing the construction, the design makes it a central feature, revealing the raw strength and authenticity of the materials.

Multiple layers of protective materials and additional reinforcement are used in the most vulnerable areas to minimise the risk of impact, vibration, or movement during transportation.
The packaging is prepared personally and with particular attention to the weight of the concrete, the steel structure, and the unique characteristics of the piece.
