An exceptionally rare, museum-grade vintage Hermes Carre 90 in the legendary silk jacquard weave. This magnificent collector's archive features the famous 19th-century Australian exploration motif titled "Les Geographes." Due to the immense production costs of jacquard silk crafting, this special weave line was permanently discontinued by Hermes, making fine specimens highly sought after by global connoisseurs.

Unlike standard silk twills, this premium lot boasts an intricate woven pattern of kangaroos and maritime anchors directly into the silk textile core. Preserved in magnificent collectible condition. The heavy jacquard silk retains its original crisp factory stiffness, smooth textile flow, and vibrant color registration.
