卖家的描述
这是一枚 NGC 专业封装与分级的荷兰东印度群岛 1/10 Gullard 银币。
N.E.INDIES = Netherlands East Indies: Dutch East Indies (present-day Indonesia, a Dutch colonial territory)
1942: Year of minting; S: San Francisco Mint mark (Dutch mints ceased production during World War II, and the San Francisco Mint was commissioned to produce them)
1/10G = 1/10 Gulden: Face value 1/10 Dutch Gullard
MS 64: NGC Condition Grade
MS = Mint State, indicating an uncirculated, mint-condition coin; a maximum grade of 70, 64 is considered high. The coin's surface, details, and original luster are excellent, with only minor minting marks.
In 1942, during World War II, the Netherlands was occupied by Germany. The Dutch mints were unable to produce colonial currency, so they commissioned the San Francisco Mint (S mint mark) to produce these Dutch East Indies silver coins for circulation in the Indonesian colony. These are special wartime mints, making them highly recognizable to collectors.
