The Oil Lamp was acquired from an antiques dealer and before that belonged to a private collection in West Germany. Authenticity is therefore guaranteed.

Roman oil lamp (disc type) made of brownish clay with a band of vine tendrils around the body and a palmette design in the bowl. Lamp has a small chip missing, otherwise intact with finger loop. Middle Roman Imperial period, 2nd–3rd centuries AD. Nice quality.
罗马油灯（圆盘型）用呈棕褐色的粘土制成，灯体环绕有藤蔓纹带，碗部饰有棕榈叶纹样。灯身有一个小缺口，其余完好，带指环。属于中罗马帝国时期，公元二至三世纪。品质不错。
