白木野尋常小学校入学

有馬尋常高等小学校入学
1900年
有馬尋常小学校卒業
12月小学校準教員免許取得
南有馬尋常小学校3ヶ月臨時勤務
1901年
母校白木野小学校勤務
1902年
教職を辞し長崎師範学校入学
風土病にかかり長期欠席し退学となる
年末から再び有馬尋常小学校の教壇に立つ
天満神社神主に京都美術学での勉強を進められる
1903年
京都市立美術工芸学校彫刻科入学
彫刻家への志を立てる
1907年
同学校卒業・東京美術学校彫刻科（現東京芸大）入学
1912年
現東京芸大を主席で卒業
久留米工兵第18大隊に入隊
1914年
郷里にて結婚式を挙げ東京へ戻る
非常召集令状により久留米の工兵大隊に入隊

長男「治禧」（はるよし）誕生

「板倉退助翁」像完成・国会議事堂内に設置
児玉源太郎大将騎馬像完成・満州の新京児玉公園に設置

朝倉文夫とともに銅像救出委員会を組織、銅像供出の阻止運動を行う
東京美術学校を退職・従三位勲四等をうける

矢那瀬村に疎開中、新しい技法石膏直付け法を思いつく
