A fine antique cloisonné enamel inro of
exceptional decorative quality.
The body is constructed in copper with
intricate wire-work cloisonné (yusen shippo)
enamel throughout. A rich lapis-blue ground
is filled with dense floral and vine scrollwork
in turquoise, green, white, and burgundy
tones — covering every surface with no plain
area left unworked.
The interior of each case is finished in
plain turquoise enamel, clean and intact.

dend for suspension.
