elegant pair of Italian pendant lamps from the 1950s, in hand-painted white opaline glass with original brass fittings. The soft, rounded bottle-shaped silhouette and vertical white stripe decoration on a coloured ground are fully consistent with Italian post-war artisanal production, most likely from the Veneto region, historically renowned for decorative glass lighting.

The two lamps form a harmonious but not perfectly identical pair - one in glossy black with white stripes, the other in deep green with the same decorative scheme. This slight asymmetry is characteristic of period handcraft and adds to their charm.

Glass thickness approx. 2 mm, giving a distinctive visual lightness and soft, even light diffusion. Original brass fittings with black cable.
