Schneider (Mick Griffiths) (XX-XXI) - Geometrical Composition

Here we have a wonderful contemporary piece of art by the British artist Schneider who died in 2021. This piece has recently been purchased from the first studio sale held from the artists collection. The artwork features an Untitled Geometric Composition, acrylic on board, which is signed verso with the added thumb print of the artist, it’s size is 60cm x 60cm and comes unframed ready to hang on any wall of your home.

Schneider was a self-taught London-based artist whose short career included a sell-out debut solo show at Londons 2 & 4 Gallery in 2012. He painted geometric art that was inspired by the cubic spaces in which our lives exist, and which is influenced by the vibrant colours of the 60s Pop Art movement. Schneider was Mick Griffiths, celebrated music agent and founder of Art & Industry, who worked with many leading bands, including Ocean Colour Scene, Mogwai, The Go! Team and The Jesus and Mary Chain.

Condition is very good with a small amount of wear too corners see photos.
