卖家的描述
Fossils of Isoxys from the Chengjiang Biota, Chengjiang City (near Maotianshan), Yuxi City, Yunnan Province, China.
Location and Chronological Background: Stratigraphic: Early Cambrian, Yu'anshan Formation, Qiongzhusi Formation.
Date: Approximately 518 million years ago. Key Features: "Dumpling-like" Carapace: The most distinctive feature of Isoxys is its symmetrical, folded, semi-circular carapace (shell/carapace), resembling a crescent-shaped dumpling or small purse.
Spikes at Both Ends: Sharp, long spines extend outwards from both ends of the carapace suture (the right-hand spine is clearly visible; the left spine may be slightly hidden in the rock). This is the origin of its name, "Isoxys."
Soft Body Imprints: Faint radial imprints of small appendages or soft tissue can be seen on the underside of the carapace (at the rounded edge).
