Emitida para conmemorar el Festival de Gran Bretaña de 1951, esta pieza muestra en el anverso el retrato del rey Jorge VI, mientras que en el reverso aparece la clásica representación de San Jorge matando al dragón, obra de Benedetto Pistrucci. Esta moneda fue la última corona (five shillings) emitida durante el reinado de Jorge VI y también la última antes del reinicio del diseño de coronas tras su muerte. Presenta una calidad prooflike notable, con gran brillo y detalles bien definidos.
