卖家的描述
PRODUCTION: Tomás Postigo Crianza wine is made with grapes harvested from various vineyards scattered across several towns in the Ribera del Duero region. These vineyards are characterized by their old vines, located at an altitude of between 750 and 950 meters on nutrient-poor soils composed of sand, limestone, and numerous stones and pebbles.
The harvest is done manually, and once the grapes arrive at the winery, the best bunches are selected and destemmed by gravity into wooden tanks.
Each grape variety is vinified separately and aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, resulting in 55 different wines. These are then blended, bottled, and finally released for sale.
GRAPE: This wine is made primarily from the Tinta Fina variety (88%), complemented by other varieties.
APPEARANCE: It has a deep, bright, cherry-red color.
AROMA: On the nose, notes of ripe red fruit predominate, along with subtle hints of balsamic, wild herbs, and toasty notes from its barrel aging. Pairs well with aged cheeses.
