卖家的描述
Limoges porcelain luxury table service, Haviland house, Diplomate model, 49 pieces.
Iconic today, the Diplomate collection was created by the designers of Haviland in the early 1900s. The floral and ornamental motifs used for the decoration are undoubtedly part of the French repertoire, yet their extreme fineness and arrangement reveal influences of early 20th-century Japonisme. The reliefs of the drawing are treated according to the ancestral technique of inlay. This exceptional know-how allows the porcelain to be finely carved to give gold a incomparable relief. The brilliant gold is achieved by two successive gildings and polishing with agate. The combination of inlay and relief gives this motif unmatched delicacy.
Originated in 1916 for a Japanese embassy, with a blue enamel wing, it was later adapted for President Roosevelt in 1938.
The service includes
22 service plates diam. 24.8 cm
11 dessert plates / entremets diam. 22 cm
11 deep plates calotte diam. 20 cm

A presentation plate diam. 31.5 cm
A salad bowl H 10.2 cm diam. 25.3 cm
A ramekin 23 x 14.5 cm
