If the artwork is damaged, you must refuse the delivery and state the reason for refusal on the delivery slip (make sure to indicate the issues such as "broken, damaged, bent"...). -> 如艺术品受损，您必须拒收并在送货单上注明拒收原因（请务必注明如“破损、损坏、弯曲”等问题）。
If only the packaging is damaged, please make a note of it. -> 若仅包装受损，请记下。
If you accept the package without verifying your acquisition upon delivery, we will no longer be able to claim compensation or replacement. -> 如在交付时未核验收购情况而签收，我们将无法再索赔或更换。
